This large, modern family home has an inground swimming pool with large undercover outdoor entertaining area and BBQ. The house is less than a minute’s walk to the beautiful Hargraves Beach. Rarely busy, at times it will feel like your own private beach! And if you love beach fishing, Salmon, snapper, whiting, flathead and bream are waiting to be caught. Our ground floor guest house features 2 large bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and a third bedroom with a King single bed. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.
