The Preacher House - A Cozy Newly Renovated House

Built in 1950 as a 650 sqft Parsonage/Sunday School, has been completely renovated into a beautiful 1,000 sqft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. Conveniently located, walk or drive to all the amazing amenities Jefferson has to offer. Nestled next to The Church House, these two structures hold a piece of the town's history. The Church House, built in 1949 as the Church of Christ, and The Preacher House added later, serving as the Parsonage/Sunday School, thus giving it it's name, The Preacher House.

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. WE DONOT HAVE Wi-Fi yet, but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.
