This is a fully furnished family home we rent out when we are not at home (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, king size bed bedroom and spacious living room with a desk, sofa and untrafast wifi). The apartment is located in a residential building on the 6th floor and has an open terrace with a view over the surrounding area and Vitosha mountain. Free parking on premise, 1 mins walk to busstop and 15mins to subway.

Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel.
