Η ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑΤο σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Φάρσα σε απόσταση 10 χλμ. από το Αργοστόλι και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην αμφιθεατρική περιοχή Λιμνιόνι, λίγο έξω από το χωριό κατηφορίζοντας προς τη θάλασσα.Το πρώτο πράγμα που θαυμάζεις μόλις φθάνεις στην περιοχή, είναι η υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Αργοστολίου. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου μόνο 150 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, με θέα τα μπλε κρυστάλλινα νερά και τις απέναντι ακτές του Ληξουρίου και του Αργοστολίου. 
Η τοποθεσία είναι όντως στρατηγική. Αποτελεί γεωγραφικά κομβικό σημείο για κάθε σας εξόρμηση στις παραλίες και τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού και έτσι ο επισκέπτης διανύει ίσες αποστάσεις προς όλους τους προορισμούς του. Ληξούρι: 23 km / Σάμη 28 km / Μύρτος: 22 km / Φισκάρδο: 42 km / Σκάλα: 42 km Το σπίτι και η τοποθεσία εξασφαλίζουν ότι η διαμονή σας θα είναι μακριά από κίνηση και πολυκοσμία. Ταυτόχρονα όμως βρίσκεστε κοντά στο Αργοστόλι και την κοσμική ζωή του νησιού εάν αυτό προτιμάτε.Επίσης έχετε εύκολη και άμεση πρόσβαση στις παραλίες του χωριού. 150 μέτρα με τα πόδια από τον βραχώδη κόλπο Λμνιόνι και 3-λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο στην πιο οργανωμένη παραλία του χωριού, τη Λυγιά.Τα Φάρσα και ειδικά το παλιό χωριό αποτελούν ένα υπαίθριο ιστορικό μουσείο, καθώς είναι από τους πιο καλά διατηρημένους παλιούς οικισμούς του νησιού. Η βόλτα στον παλιό οικισμό Φάρσα διαρκεί δύο με τρεις ώρες και θα πάρετε μια γεύση από την παλιά προσεισμική Κεφαλλονιά. Η μακρά ναυτική παράδοση του χωριού είναι αξιοσημείωτη.ΤΟ ΣΠΙΤΙΠρόκειται για διώροφη μεζονέτα 80 τ.μ. με ανεξάρτητη βεράντα και άμεση πρόσβαση στην πλακόστρωτη αυλή. Η βεράντα είναι διαστάσεων 27 τ.μ. και έχει πανοραμική θέα στο Αργοστόλι και το Ληξούρι.Το σπίτι διαθέτει στο ισόγειο ενιαίο σαλόνι με κουζινοτραπεζαρία, μπάνιο και ντουλάπα. Στον πάνω όροφο 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες με διπλά κρεβάτια και εσωτερική σκάλα. Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν άνετα 4 άτομα ενώ με την χρήση του σαλονιού (2 καναπέδες γίνονται κρεβάτι) θα μπορούσαν να φιλοξενηθούν τουλάχιστον 2 άτομα ακόμα.Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή για μεγάλες νεανικές παρέες. General Info Kandiliotika is a much-loved island home in a magical setting, whatever the season. The small house, which sleep 3 people, has been carefully restored and joined together and it is not only comfortable but stylishly and artistically furnished. The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. Ithaca is a beautiful, rugged and untouched place which welcomes visitors with its simple pleasures. Details on the area surrounding the property/accommodation The island is dramatically beautiful, rugged, relatively undeveloped, green and mountainous with steep blue indented bays and charming little harbours. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. But it has magnetism, a natural grace, and an energy-giving power which draws in those who need renewal, uplift and inspiration in their lives. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago. Ithaca is just a short boat ride from Cephalonia which is just as beautiful and well worth a visit. You will need a car. Nearest beach and and shopping area 3 minutes drive.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located only 400 meters away from the main square, in a quiet place with beautiful view of the Vathy bay.
