By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

PRIVATE HOT TUB! We call this intriguing little place, The Bigfoot Inn. The cabin is located 1/4 mi off of Hwy 10 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and is less than 2 mi from the Illinois River. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms have all the modern conveniences and the vintage decor around the cabin makes for a unique experience. Eagles, deer, and other wildlife are regularly seen. The property also has another 8-person cabin, 4 glamping sites, and 6 RV sites.

Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Perched atop Sparrowhawk Mountain, this cozy cabin is tucked back in the woods off scenic Highway 10. Peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the legendary Illinois River, each stay includes a day pass to Sparrowhawk Camp’s private beach. The cabin features cozy bedrooms with Sleepy’s mattresses by Sealy, a full kitchen, a cozy living room with TV and FanDuel access for OKC Thunder games, plus a private patio and firepit for relaxing evenings.

A charming cottage built in 1912. Our house is perfect for you while you vacation at the lake, fish on the river, just sit on the porch, soak up the WiFi or visit friends and family. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
