Huge Firepit, a swing, and a horseshoe pit for outside fun .The family room has a ceiling to floor stone fireplace and a huge sectional! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

The River Place is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River Place was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for 2 adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the South Saline River. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on our covered deck with river views.
