Hiking trails are within minutes of the cottage or right out the front door. Golf courses are also minutes away. Whether you are in the area on business or just looking to escape for the weekend and enjoy the out doors. It is situated on 9 1/2 hikeable acres, all available to our guests

Our beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath contemporary home sits just 0.4 miles from West Point Military Academy. The house is equipped with super fast internet, work stations in each bedroom, cozy nectar mattresses, a 4-person jacuzzi, and of course, an incredible back yard patio with a BBQ, fire pit and outdoor dining area. Our kitchen is stocked for coffee lovers with 3 different types of machines ( Nespresso, Keurig, and Miele). There are also Samsung Smart TV's in each bedroom along with Sonos speakers!

Enjoy the lakefront from my charming home! Fish or Kayak from the private dock or relax on the large deck overlooking the water tucked away on the lake. Boats are included for all guests! Renovated barn in Mountainville, NY at the base of the Schunnemunk hiking trails. 1 mile from Storm King Art Center. 3 miles to Cornwall. 10 minutes from Woodbury Common Premium Outlet. 15 minutes to West Point. Private stairs & balcony leads to 500 square foot second-story space. You get the entire upstairs to yourself. The NYS Thruway does run between the house and the mountain. There is highway noise. TV has a ROKU. The WiFi signal is weak due to the metal siding on the barn.
