Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

Palm View is a 1 bedroom unit. with a private entry. You have your own bathroom, open plan, kitchen, and dining. It comes with ducted air con and ceiling fans. The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

Our 2024 award winning home with it's purpose designed and built guest house is fully self contained with a separate entry for your privacy. It has all the space and conveniences of an ultra modern home but with the warmth and charm of a rustic mountain cabin. We are conveniently located on the Esplanade. Take a stroll across the road for a dip in the beautiful calm waters of the bay or a leisurely walk to the local cafes, restaurants or free water park and playgrounds.

It has a fully equipped kitchen. It's an easy 2 blocks stroll to the beach, Beachouse Hotel and Enzo's cafe. Secure parking 1 meter from front door of unit. You won't need a car or taxi to get from the heart of Scarness and beach to the unit.

The living area is spacious with a dining area and a comfy couch to kick back and relax. There are full kitchen facilities for your use.
