The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Studio 135 Freemans Reach offers a romantic getaway whilst capturing the charm of historic Windsor and showcasing some of Hawkesbury's historic homesites. The tranquil, rural setting can also be enjoyed from the rear with a furnished patio and a 2 person hot tub. The spacious studio has two living spaces and comes fully self contained and is set on 1/2 an acre of parklike grounds surrounded by larger acres and is situated close to Historic Windsor, Wilberforce and Richmond.

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
