The exterior is wrapped in a "Classic" Rock style and is accented by a wood deck, mature landscaping, and off road parking. The river themed interior has been completely remodeled and features: a kitchenette, dining area, living room, bedroom w/ closet, and bathroom w/ shower/tub combo. Let your next adventure begin!

The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!
