This two-storey stone house-villa is located at the beautiful second leg of Chalkidiki, in the peaceful old village of Nikiti. It is a perfect place for any type of vacation, both during summer or winter time, restored with a lot of love and decorated with an eye for detail.This house has two separate entrances, front and back, while access to the upper floor is also available through the outside ladder. Each floor is 100 sq.m. big. On the ground floor you will find a luxury lounge (with a fireplace and a big and comfortable sofa) and a spacious kitchen equipped with a big 8 seat wooden table), a beautiful Moroccan style bathroom and a small storeroom. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has its own style, painted in different colors and every bedroom has its own fireplace. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, the third has a queen-size bed and the forth a single bed. Every bed comes with an A-class mattress. In two of the four bedrooms there are spacious closets. The house is also equipped with two TV sets (one in the lounge room and the other in one of the king-size bed bedrooms), an oven, a dish washer and a refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The house is surrounded by two amazing gardens. At the back, to the north, there is a small beautiful garden ideal for a morning coffee. The large front garden (about 250 sq.m.) is landscaped in two levels, where you can have your barbeque on the stylish table under the tent.Take a look at the pictures and get ready to spend your holidays in one of the most beautiful houses you will ever be. There is a private little beach at the bottom of the hill that is pebble (warning it is a little bit of a hike). Home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Each bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom. A/C, and screens to keep everyone comfortable.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

A new house in a green, quiet area near the sea and forest, located on top of a hill in the village of Posidi. It is possible to book both villas together for up to 12 guests (upon request). Guests have access to a large shared pool for both houses, measuring 10.5 x 4.5 meters. There is private parking for 2 cars. Starlink internet is available. A cozy cove is located just 100 meters from the house (accessible by stairs). The town beach with taverns is 500 meters away.

Nikiti is located on Chalkidiki in the municipal of Sithonia. From the airport Thessaloniki you need round about 1 hour with car to Nikiti. The main Road divides Nikiti into two parts. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.
