Villa Zoi is almost new (COMPLETED JUNE 2011) and has been very recently renovated.Its located in Grizata village in a key unspoiled location of Kefalonia island only 3 km away from Sami small town and port where you can find restaurants,supermarkets, bakeries,cafe. It has unique style and quality and has superb panoramic views of the country side. The pool area is gated and for safety reasons is located in a different level from the villa. It is licensed by Greek Tourism Organization.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
