Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line.
