This 1600 square foot home includes a full kitchen with free coffee. The patio has a gas fire pit, the backyard has a Tiki smokeless fire pit with free firewood. Big River Guest House Grafton IL

Big River Guest House is conveniently located within the Heart of Grafton on West Main Street. We are a very short walking distance to the bars, winery, marina and the Sky Lift Tour. Big River guest house has been completely renovated with a front porch overlooking the Great River Road. Home is two story with 10 steps to front entry door and 18 steps to the upstairs bedroom. There is NO stove/oven in the kitchen. Access to the main floor bath is through bedroom. Occupancy is 8 persons.
