Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. Το σπίτι είναι χτισμένο στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό Προάστιο (ή Πραστείο για τους ντόπιους) μέσα σε έναν ελαιώνα. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 6km (λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την Καρδαμύλη και 9km (περίπου 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την Στούπα. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές παραλίες (οργανωμένες και μη) καθώς και καφετέριες, ταβέρνες και εστιατόρια για όλα τα γούστα και απαιτήσεις. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι το Καλάμίτσι (περίπου 4km) και είναι ιδανική για παιδιά.
