Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Τοποθετημένη ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα, η Σοφίτα ανοίγεται φυσικά προς το μπαλκόνι και την ανοιχτή θέα στον βράχο της Μονεμβασιάς. Φως, φυσικά υλικά και ενιαίος χώρος συνθέτουν ένα ήρεμο περιβάλλον, όπου ο χρόνος κυλά πιο αργά και το όριο ανάμεσα στο μέσα και το έξω γίνεται αβίαστα. Ένας χώρος για ήσυχες διαμονές και απλές μέρες, με βράδια που είναι εξίσου άνετα και μέσα, πάντα σε σύνδεση με τη θάλασσα.

Almi Guesthouse: μικρό σπίτι πάνω στη θάλασα

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο Almi Guesthouse, ένα μικροσκοπικό στολίδι, κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται, εσωτερικά, από έναν ενιαίο χώρο (καμάρα) και μπάνιο (σύνολο 18 τ.μ.) και, εξωτερικά, από πλακόστρωτη αυλή. Το κτήριο ανακατασκευάστηκε το 2019, βρίσκεται στην κάτω πλευρά του δρόμου που ενώνει τη Γέφυρα με την πύλη του Κάστρου.
