Dive into the serenity of this unique, off-grid tiny cabin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reset and take a breath. It’s a rustic gem, built from repurposed materials, saved from landfill. It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

It’s a simple, comfortable space with everything you need including a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom & air conditioning. It’s separate to the main home with a private entrance. Free Wifi & a light breakfast of cereals, porridge & milk included, along with essentials like a fridge, tea & coffee, microwave, cooking basics, & linen.

The Chalet @ Darclo Farm Privacy and Pastures

The unforgettable escape of The Chalet @ Darclo Farm rests upon the open grassy hillside, overlooks the meandering valleys towards the picturesque Mt Flinders, in the Scenic Rim. The Chalet is 100% off grid and is home to a happy herd of roaming cattle, koalas, kangaroos & other wildlife. Soak under the stars in the outdoor stone bath, unwind with a book on the deck while overlooking the paddocks, stroll along the tracks or snooze in the king size bed. Experience that 'faraway feeling'.

Cabin with Stunning Valley Views

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Isobel's Cottage

One-bedroom tiny home with modern open plan living on semi-rural acreage. Close to numerous wedding venues, self-contained, linen provided, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fireplace with breathtaking sunsets. Entertainment provided by playful ball chasing pooches. Max 2 guests. Owers live in separate homestead. Visiting for a wedding or special event? Makeup artistry is covered by experienced MUA on site. Exclusively for guests of Isobel’s Cottage. Quiet Cottage Retreat. Perfect for those who want a quiet rural setting with convenience. Only a 10 minute drive from the Toowoomba CBD and 5 minutes from Highfields. A gentle stroll down to the Highfields waterfall will allow you to relax and unwind while visiting Toowoomba and surrounds. A walk up the road will allow for panoramic views of the Murphy's Creek escarpment and valley. The Kaya is a self contained cottage, catering for up to 4 people.

Bellbrae Cottage is situated only 15 minutes from Toowoomba. The cottage located at the end of a Jacaranda lined driveway with sweeping country views and is only 12 minutes from The Ridge Shopping Centre, Preston Peak and Gabbinbar Wedding venues. We have and acre of garden for you to enjoy and are happy to have your dog staying after consultation with us. Alexandra and Peter are here to make your visit a perfect country escape.

Relax with the whole family at Weoh rural retreat. This three bedroom air conditioned cottage on 15 acres is private and peaceful, the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself or the family. Weoh is pet-friendly and the house yard is fully fenced, we just ask the fur babies stay off the furniture.

The self contained and private retreat is a few metres from our house, recently converted from a 1940s garage . Using a mix of original, new and reclaimed building materials and furniture, you will enjoy the unique bedroom and generous bathroom, perfect for 2 guests.
