Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. The house is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Lakithra, which is a picturesque village only 7 kilometers away from the capital Argostoli. The southern village of Lakithra owes its popularity to its spectacular setting. The hamlet’s whitewashed buildings are spread over a series of green foothills, which look out towards the Ionian Sea. Its high-up location means there’s always a nice breeze, even in the hot summer months.

Famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach are laying within a five minute drive distance. Car hire arrangements available upon request.
