Cottage is equipped with solar. Secure parking is available. The property has security beams. The entrance is via a remote operated swing gate. No steps at all. Parking spot is 2m away from cottage entrance. Only LTE is available on the mountain,no fibre unfortunately, so not conducive for work from home requirements.

Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

Family friendly beach, safe swimming and great for water sports. Secure off street parking behind remote controlled gates. Alarm linked to armed response and a panic button. There are steps from the parking to the house. Unfortunately this property is not safe for small children due to the high balcony.

Our Rock House is something special! It has been recently built from stone found on the property. Watch spectacular sunrises over False Bay and the beach and tidal pool are a short walk away. There is secure off-street parking for one car and a braai area with a view.
