Πρόκειται για μια υπέροχη πέτρινη βίλα δύο ορόφων 330 m2, με κήπο 1.300 m2. Το βασικό ντεκόρ του σπιτιού παραμένει το ίδιο, με έπιπλα της εποχής του μεσοπολέμου όταν και κατασκευάστηκε (1930). Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται στον πάνω όροφο του σπιτιού και αποτελείται από 3 υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι με τζάκι, τραπεζαρία για δέκα άτομα, κουζίνα, μπάνιο με θέα τα βουνά και δεύτερη τουαλέτα WC. Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν προσωπική βεράντα. Συνολικά μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν οκτώ άτομα, κάνοντας χρήση και του σαλονιού.

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.
