This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful home in the middle of 60 acres. Incredible views and just 5 minutes from Fall Creek Falls. Fish in our 1 acre lake or just enjoy the beautiful views from the back porch. This is a large two bedroom with a big open living space. There is a king bed in the master with a full bathroom. there is a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway. Kitchen is open to the large living room and comes with everything you need. All linens are provided.

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.
