This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. Please note the bathroom pictures that there is a step up into the shower. A hand rail has been installed on the wall for your assistance. Even though the studio is under the same roof as our house you have your own private entrance. We have 3 security cameras with sensor lights at the property.
