Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

34 Monmouth Beach

34 Monmouth Beach lies to the west of the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis. It is a beautifully finished and stylishly furnished wooden chalet right on the beach. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the generous wooden deck at the front of the chalet. There is parking behind the chalet and a ramped access. Our chalet is great for couples, small families and friends; it can sleep 4. Our change over days are Friday and Monday (though this listing may state Fridays only), check in 4pm, check out 10am.

We have a small quirky and historic detached property located in the St Thomas area of Exeter, perfect for one or two guests. Wi-Fi, lounge TV with Firestick & bedroom TV with Chromecast. The Old Chicken House is a stunning, purpose built, oak cabin set in woodland just over the lane from the beautiful Otterford Lake walks. The luxurious interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the cosy lounge area with woodburner leads into the open plan kitchen, king-size bedroom & en-suite. With its rustic design & new fittings - the Chicken House is truly unique Ideal location, only 5 mins from main trunk road access, yet this part of the Blackdown Hills is virtually silent

Beautiful studio, own garden, logburner & en suite

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Culmstock Shepherd's Hut

A quiet place, with basic washing facilities & camping toilet. Bathroom, with shower usually available between 8am - 8pm. We offer various amenities, including a barbecue & hammock. There is a small wood burning stove, a double bed and sofa/seating area, & a fridge in the hut. Tea/coffee available. Wifi is okay, but we cannot guarantee it will be available 24/7. Also, although we love children & dogs, it really is not suitable for them as it would be too cramped, perfect for 2 adults!

The Shepherds Hut, peace and privacy.

Self contained bliss. A unique Shepherds Hut with it's own shower/wc. Comfortable double bed. Quiet, cosy & very restful. Close the door on the outside world for a while and totally relax enjoying the views from the bed & admire the dark starry sky at night. Lovely. Warm & cosy at all times with a super woodburner. Your own private outdoor space, great views & peace & quiet, fire up the BBQ or maybe a walk straight from your door through the beautiful lanes & fields. Private parking.

Beer Head Caravan Park - Sleeps 4 (C14)

A comfortable newly sited Swift static caravan with amazing views in a quiet fishing village on the Jurassic Coast. Walks across the cliffs towards Branscombe and the other way to Seaton as well as close to local attractions such as Dartmoor and. Exmoor. A good selection of pubs and eateries in the village as well as in the surrounding villages and towns all just a short drive away. Please be aware there is a fairly long steep hill from the village/beach up to the caravan park.
