Gas grills, outside shower, and picnic tables are in shared community area. Pool is fully open June 14th to September 1st. Please read pool rules. The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

The Saltwater House - Low Tide Suite - 1st Floor

Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation!

Perfectly situated First Floor Condo walking distance to Beach and Bay. Close walking distance to the beautiful Hotel LBI! The Local some of LBI's best restaurants, donut shops, CVS and Wawa in walking distance *Peak Season May - Labor Day* - Bedroom Linens - Let me know if you are bringing your own or need provided 4 beach passes will be supplied with your stay. This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available.
