Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Enjoy movie nights with our projector and your streaming services. We’re in Seattle’s Central District, close to public transit and some of the city’s top amenities. We look forward to hosting you!
