Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Enjoy the serenity of this stunning traditional cottage set in an extensive private and mature garden with fabulous sweeping views of mountains and Glen Lough. Although totally secluded, Carraig Cottage is ideally situated - close to breath taking beaches and coastline, romantic mountains and lakeside walks, award winning golf courses and restaurants, welcoming local pubs, outdoor activities for all the family including cycling, horse riding, a wide range of water sports and excellent fishing.

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

The snug mezzanine bedroom overlooks the kitchen/sitting room, a delightful place to rest your head after a day's exploring.

Set between Milford and Carrigart, five minutes from Downings and the Rosapenna and St Patrick's links, with blue-flag beaches within twenty minutes.
