Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

We also have our own local attractions eg: Portglenone forest and Bethlehem Abbey or you can simply sit back and relax in your own private hot tub and give yourself a well deserved break.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Fir Tree Cottage is in a prime location situated in the heart of Mid-Ulster in the countryside close to local towns and villages. The cottage is located 4 miles from the historic town of Dungannon and 1.5 miles from the local village of Donaghmore. Local amenities are located close to the cottage. Places to visit include tourist attraction Hill of the O'Neill & Ranfurly House, Dungannon, Dungannon Park, Argory House and Parkanaur Forest Park. A very central location.

The Hen House @ Bancran School

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.

Co Tyrone 2 bedroom log cabin. 1 bedroom has double bed. 1 bed room with bunk beds. with kitchen, w/c and shower, also for larger families there is a 3 berth Pod available which has a double bed and a pull out sofa. Set in a peaceful location on the blackwater river Co Tyrone. Ideal for fishing or just a peaceful Retreat. Large garden and kids play area available on grounds. Hot tub Available.
