U okolini nema drugih vikendica. Kuća je za 6 osoba, kategorisana sa 4 zvezdice. Ima opremu kako za kraći, tako i za duži boravak. Outside, there's a covered terrace with mountain views, and the house offers plenty of space and privacy.

Holiday house Zmajevac (Tornik, Zlatibor)

The location of our holiday house is unique and it is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Being situated in a fenced yard and our house is completely at our guests' disposal. There is a large birch in the central part of the yard and a barbecue in the back of the yard, between two pines. Exterior lightning gives a special touch of romance to your stay during the evenings. The most prominent part of our house is the glazed terrace where the fireplace stove is located.

Our cabin is located in the heart of Western Serbia in Negbina in proximity of all the landmarks of the region, including Murtenica, Zlatibor, Zlatar, and Uvac Special Nature Reserve. There are 3 lakes in under a 20-minute drive from our cabin: Tavničko, Zlatarsko, and Radoinjsko. Peace and quiet, stunning nature, and views for days! A couple of local houses can be seen around the property at a distance. People in the neighborhood are friendly and love company.

Sa ovog vrha se, obeleženom planinarskom stazom, može stici do spomenika na Šumatnom polju i centru Zlatibora, sa jedne strane i najpoznatijeg vrha Zlatibora, Čigote, sa druge strane. Gostima je na raspolaganju je cela kuća – dnevni boravak, kuhinja sa trpezarijom , dve dvokrevetne spavace sobe i kupatilo.

Planinska Koliba Ekclusive se nalazi na planini Tari u mestu Sekulići, na putu za Mokru Goru. Udaljeno je 4km od Mitrovca i 8km od Zaovinskog jezera. Drvengrad u Mokroj Gori udaljen je 18 kilometara. Jezero Perućac je udaljeno 16 km, a Kaluđerske Bare 20 km. Do kuće se dolazi asfaltnim putem. U cenu ulazi korišćenje saune. Na 100m od kuće se nalaze restoran i mini market. Nije dozvoljen boravak sa kućnim ljubimcima.
