Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. Distance from Thessaloniki downtown is 120 km (appx. 90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. Also available for season or yearlong renting upon request.

Μία μόλις ανακαινισμένη βίλα, φανταστικής αισθητικής φτιαγμένη κυρίως με πέτρα και ξύλο, που βρίσκεται μόλις 30 μ. από την ονειρική παραλία της Κομίτσας, στον κόλπο της Ιερισσού , σας καλεί να ζήσετε στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας! Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα κράτησης για μια ημέρα με σκοπό την διεξαγωγή προσωπικής εκδήλωσης(γενέθλια, γιορτή, party...) με το κλείσιμο όλου του περιβάλλοντα χώρου.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
