A stylish and cosy stone studio for two, in the middle of the picturesque Spartochori village, Meganisi. Located at the ground floor, featuring two single beds which connect to form a king size bed, an ensuite shower room, small kitchenette with two electric hobs and fridge, a desk. A dining table is for your use just outside the premises. At the side of the courtyard there is a small pool, shared with the two suites of Teacher’s House. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. Cosy house in a traditional sea-side village. Wonderful is the opportunity for the visitor to excurse to neighboring islands with his own or a rented boat. The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

Kamari beach is just 200 mt far from the Villa. All the Studios share a very large terrace with wonderful view. Perfect place to spend your quiet and relax holiday!

DJoumas Villa is located in Katochori Lefkada. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a laundry. When booking the villa you reserve the entire property. It has a large swimming pool with spectacular breathtaking view of Vlicho and Nidri. Please NOTE: The property owner Steven lives onsite on the ground floor of the property.
