There is a modern full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area with amazing panoramic windows, and a quaint bedroom nook with a full size bed. ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

Our One bedroom apartments sleeps 2 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 4 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.

Our Guest house sits high above the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley and the views are breathtaking. Our pools and backyard are clothing-optional so you can enjoy them without a bathing suit along with us. Our Guest house features the amazing stained glass work of Gunter Zedler. We do require guests to arrive between noon and 5pm so please plan accordingly.
