Watch the boats and steam trains from the juliette balcony or take the five minute ferry across to Dartmouth. Kingswear is a charming character village with some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

The Old Newsagent is a modern, self-contained, ground floor holiday apartment in Dartmouth, overlooking Bayard’s Cove and the River Dart. Recently restored by the owners who live above. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation.
