You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. Home features one large master bedroom and bathroom with walk in closet, shower and Jacuzzi tub. The other side of the house has 2 bedrooms, a desk/work area, and a full bathroom. In the middle of the house is a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Pet friendly (no cats) for a $50 pet fee. Walking distance from disc golf course & ice cream shop.

Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Cozy and quiet feel yet close to all of the major attractions in the area. This one bedroom one bath condo is within walking distance of Mobile Bay where you will find piers to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
