Το g&z cottage βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Παιπόδενα ,7χλμ από την πόλη της Κέρκυρας. Η τοποθεσία του είναι σε ήρεμο σημείο, με πρόσβαση στην πόλη, σε αρχαιολογικούς χώρους, όπως το Αχίλλειο Κέρκυρας, που απέχει 3 χλμ, και σε παραλίες. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στο γραφικό χωριό Κυνοπίαστες που διαθέτει μαγαζιά και ταβέρνες. Για δική σας διευκόλυνση, θα ήταν προτιμότερο να διαθέτετε μεταφορικό μέσον καθώς η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα.

Η κατοικία των 60 τ.μ. του πρώτου ορόφου με κεραμοσκεπή, χαμηλή σοφίτα και ταράτσα 12 τ.μ. ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα ολικά και είναι διαθέσιμη για όποιον θέλει να τη χαρεί μέσα στην απόλυτη γαλήνη και τη σαγηνευτική ομορφιά της κερκυραϊκής φύσης. Την ίδια γοητευτικά ήρεμη φύση ερωτεύτηκε η πριγκίπισσα της Αυστρίας Σίσσυ λίγα χιλιόμετρα βορειότερα κι έφτιαξε το παλάτι της, το Αχίλλειο, στις παρυφές ενός αντίστοιχου λόφου.
