Situated 3 km from Toogoolawah and the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. A peaceful setting to enjoy a country break. Enjoy stunning sunsets & sunrises from our viewing area. Even though Wah Cottage is neatly 100 years old, it has been fully renovated so that it retains its country charm while still delivering creature comforts. Decorated with a nod to the french farmhouse aesthetic, the light filled rooms feature french cream walls and plantation shutters and farmhouse kitchen. The place is filled with original artworks, found objects and loved pieces. We love to stay at this cottage between our travels - so welcome to our home away from home.

All the conveniences of home in our little cottage! Our private home has 2 bedrooms + kids bunk room with expansive views over Somerset Lake and only a 2 mins drive to Kirkleigh boat ramps. This is a brilliant way to holiday with the whole family! 8 guests allowed but a maximum of 4 adults (one queen, one double and bunk beds for 4 kids under 12). Please note - no wifi - we come here as a family to disconnect.
