Nancy's Nest -At Home on the Farm - 2 bedrooms

This quaint, early 1900's farm house sits among shady trees and overlooks a beautiful pasture and garden. Rock on the porch or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. The parking and turn around are big enough to accommodate a trailer. It's convenient to horse trails, hiking, kayaking, and biking on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Pickett State Park, Historic Rugby, Muddy Pond, and Sgt. Alvin C. York's Museum and Burial Place are all within 30 minutes.

Our cabin is built on the banks of Obey (Obee) River With 20 quiet acres surrounding you. The cabin is a comfortable and beautiful place to enjoy the incredible surroundings. Wide porches face the river, and rocking chairs and a bed swing welcome you outside .If you are a nature lover, come and renew your soul in solitude and beauty. The cabin is one steep mile back from Muddy Pond Road, where you can access the local Mennonite community and enjoy unique stores and leather shops. Welcome!

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife.
