This stunning home was designed by Sundial Studios Architecture & Design, and was featured both within Dwell Magazine (google: wabi sabi weekend cabin) and the NY Times (google: haiku of a home). This 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin was developed in response to the beautiful landscape it is placed within and is surrounded by forest and wildlife, overlooking a pond. Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Pond House

Awaken to an idyllic lake view through a timber-framed glass facade. Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

Escape to our A-frame in the heart of the Shawangunks, nestled within the picturesque Hudson Valley. Just 1.5-2 hours from NYC, our spacious and serene home is perfect for a peaceful retreat, outdoor adventures, and exploring local wineries. Nearby attractions include Lake Minnewaska Park, Mohonk Preserve, Sam’s Point, the Shawangunk Wine Trail, Ellenville and Blue Cliff Monastery. The location also provides convenient access to explore many of the Hudson Valley and Catskill towns and villages.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Upstate Creek House

Built in late 1700, this modern Farmhouse on a creek is peaceful. You will see the original bones of the house through some of the lower ceilings & doorways on the 1st floor which gives this gem uniqueness. Lots of beautiful natural light. 200+ sq.ft screen enclosed porch, wood stove, outdoor fire pit, updated kitchen, 3 bdr & 2 bth, games-a-plenty, books-a plenty, & over 2,200+ sq.ft to enjoy. Shingle Gully Cottage

The Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville NY. The town is situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. Within the cottage, there is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights upon request.
