My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.

Both coasts are a short drive away, the parish of Wendron where Porkellis is situated is steeped in a rich mining heritage and there is a 7 mile circular walk on our doorstep. Dogs allowed, fully fenced.
