There is ample space and empty furniture for you to use during your stay, but you may find some of our personal possessions tucked away. My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

Relax with friends & family at this peaceful forrest cottage, just 7-minutes outside of The Historic Village of Cold Spring on a beautiful, quiet country road. Much bigger on the inside than it looks, this place has what you need: fresh linens, full kitchen, wifi, streaming tvs and plenty of great books to read. 3 private acres atop small mountain. Feels like you're way upstate - check out the reviews! Hi-speed WiFi. Next to forest preserve and hiking trails. Furnished deck w grill overlooks Mt. Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

Beacon and Main St. Enjoy your stay with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, etc.), a comfy queen bed with lots of pillows, a full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and extras. You will have off-street parking and a beautiful outdoor patio all to yourself. The apartment has WiFi, a Smart T.V. and lots of lighting but also room darkening shades to sleep in. Sweet studio attached to our house w/updated kitchen & bathroom on a dead-end street backed up to a nature preserve. We have parking for those arriving by car & are a block from the train if coming up from the city. Walking distance to everything (Main St is 2 blocks away!) We welcome all types of folks and your lovely pets as well. We're here for your needs & offer as much contact or privacy as you like! In the summer, an outdoor shower is available to you as well through the backyard.

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

Studio apartment in an 1870 brick house, gut renovated in 2022 with Hudson Valley designer Simone Eisold. Property backs up to Beacon's famous Fishkill Creek and abandoned railway tracks (future rail trail). Take a nature walk on the tracks to Main St, the Roundhouse and the waterfall in ~10 min.
