Ειναι μια μονοκατοικία με εισοδο απο την ε.ο. πατρων πυργου με μεγάλο κήπο, με δέντρα αλλα και διαφορα λουλουδια και φυτα της εποχης. Επίσης βρίσκεται πολύ κοντα σε αστικό κεντρο αλλα και σε πολλές παραλίες, οπως της Κουρουτας, της Μαραθιάς αλλα και στο Παλούκι. Σε ακτίνα 1,5 χιλ. μπορείτε να κάνετε ποδήλατο στους ποδηλατόδρομους της περιοχής με τα ποδήλατα μας καιι να κάνετε πεζοπορία στο δασος της Μαραθιάς αλλά και να πιειτε τον καφε σας σε πολλά καφε της Κουρουτας ανάλογα την επιλογή σας.
