Tarpon Hideaway

Fish off your private dock. Fishing poles and a bait bucket is supplied with the house. The bait store is a 3 minute drive. We have caught snook, sheep head, snapper and even small tarpons right off the dock. Charlotte Harbor is a 15 minute boat ride. Boca Grand is a 45 min boat ride. You can get to Shopping and Dining down town in just a few minutes. On the weekends go to the Farmers market. The house is very well stocked for the days you just want to stay in. You will love it here.

The open layout allows for enjoyment of the constant waterfront breezes while relaxing with family, taking a swim in the pool or watching the manatees lounge in the canal that has direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf. The home is located within the Burnt Store Isles golf community (Twin Isles Country Club, 3 minute drive) with nearby shopping centers, Fisherman’s Village and downtown Punta Gorda.

Great location! Bring your dog, bring your boat and enjoy the Florida sun in your heated saltwater swimming pool. Fish off your private dock while watching for dolphins or manatee. You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.
