This beautiful period en-suite one bedroom ground floor apartment is set within the magnificent grounds of the Chateau. Our apartment is located in the main Chateau built (c1722) during the pre-revolutionary era. The Chateau sits within 5 hectares of maintained grounds, including an orchard, tree-lined avenues and quiet grassy areas. It's a perfect place for all ages to relax or explore. There is a regulated large heated swimming pool, complete with loungers, also a court and multi games area.

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region.

Comprising of 2 cottages, sleeping 10 in total. There are large gardens, play areas and a private seasonal pool. We are ideally located in peaceful rural France, surrounded by Sunflower fields, within easy reach of many great days out. Cottage la Vigne (2 bedrooms) has a double bedroom and twin bedroom, with a family bathroom, lounge and fully fitted kitchen/diner. Cottage Le poirier (3 bedrooms) has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with lounge and fully fitted kitchen/dining room.

Nous louons a cinq km de BRANTOME en Périgord, à la campagne, une belle batisse , (calme et repos). Proche de Périgueux, des Eyzies, de Montignac (Lascaux ), Sarlat . C'est une belle maison de campagne de plus de 100 m2, wifi , avec 3 chambres , cuisine équipée , salle a manger (35 mètres carrés) . Tv, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes ... Jardin clos de 800 mètres carrés, avec grand espace couvert. Salon de jardin, barbecue ... Nous fournissons les draps et faisons les lits .

Au coeur de la grande champagne, dans une longère du 17ème siècle, ce logement de 130 m2 peut accueillir 6 personnes mais peut recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes en journée (grande salle à manger). Ce logement bénéficie de toutes les commodités : wifi haut débit, home cinema (Netflix, Prime vidéo...), buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 4 feux (induction, et vitro céramique), un four traditionnel et un four micro ondes. L'étage est climatisé.

The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with king size beds. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. We welcome everybody, singles, families, ...

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You'll be immersed in lush green countryside full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater swimming pool will enhance your stay between mid-May and early October (weather permitting!). Barbecue, table tennis, boules and bicycles are also available.
