We are conveniently located on the edge of the Atlantic, just one km from Port Rexton where you will enjoy the Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe, Brightside Bistro the world famous Skerwink Trail, and the Fox Island Trail. Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Sea loft

The Sealoft ( one of the lowest booking prices in the area ) overlooks the stunning outport community of Champney's West. With all modern amenities( including modern plumbing with filtered drinking water from an artisian well) this unique traditional Newfoundland loft with modern touches is all about the location and view.
