'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Tucked away in the relaxed suburb of Forresters Beach this property is perfectly situated to give you a little taste of what the Central Coast has to offer. As the name suggests our home is only a short walk to Forresters Beach and Spoon Bay, whether you are a surfer, young family or just looking to unwind by the sea there really is something to offer for everyone on our beautiful beaches.
