The unit is on the ground floor with an outdoor garden/patio/outdoor dining/outdoor lounge/ BBQ area, dining, lounge, kitchen all overlooking the canal.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
