Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac this tiny house offers everything. Modern completely self contained tiny house with own private access and off road parking. Private deck with access to the large swimming pool. Just a few minutes drive to the Bruce Highway, North Lakes Westfield (Ikea and Costco) and North Lakes Medical precinct. 20 mins from airport, 40mins to Sunshine Coast, 60mins to Gold Coast. 10 minute walk to the railway station for direct travel to Brisbane City or Redcliffe.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Perfectly located in close proximity to a huge park, shops, hospital and train station which will take you straight into the CBD, Southbank or to the Gold Coast.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
