Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Unique , Luxury Cottage near Welcombe Mouth Beach

Harry's Hut is a 10 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path on the rugged North Devon coast, close to the Cornish border. It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

A private guest house with stunning views, the Coach House adjoins 'The Mount', an imposing granite built former Quarry Captains House sitting atop a hill in it's own 15 acre estate. Bridle paths lead from the property directly onto the moor. The friendly moorland Village of Sticklepath is a short walk away with its two pubs, Village Shop and National Trust's Finch Foundry. Only 2mins off the A30, a pet friendly, family friendly stay in a central Devon location, a perfect base for exploring.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Meadow Cottage, on a private estate near Dartmoor

Meadow Cottage is a private self-contained wing at Westacott Barton, a medieval open hall house (listed Grade II* with Historic England), dating back over 600 years and today set within 22 acres of stunning countryside. Perfectly located right in the centre of Devon near the small town of North Tawton. Stunning beaches are within a 1 hour drive. Access onto Dartmoor is nearby.

Tannery House Annexe

Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.

Pineapple Cottage - Sweet little house in Chagford

Pineapple is a lovely period cottage, steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historical small town in Dartmoor National Park. Front door opens into hall. Comfortable sitting/dining room, two beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over. Several levels connected by small staircases. English country garden accessed via shared path. (see picture). Off-road parking in space suitable for small to medium sized vehicles.
