This unit has a coded entry and a keyed door inside your foyer to the suite. Main entrance may be used by owners/ cleaning staff to get access to laundry room .

Liz’s Place is located in historical Port Union, Trinity Bay North, NL. This lovely, cozy basement apartment is by a River and has a Ocean view! Guest can use the garden, hike nearby trails and is walking distance to the Sir William Coaker Foundation! Guest can visit nearby Bonavista, approximately 18 km away, or Trinity approximately 32km away. Guest will be provided with code for keyless entry before arrival. Tea and Coffee available. Cooking utensils, dishes available for use.
