Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Stone Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

"The Roundhouse with a view" 180 degrees

The Roundhouse 1 hour from Cape Town airport, nestled in between fynbos and below the mountain. With 180 degrees views of mountain and sea, it is a stage set for tranquility, to unwind and experience the beauty of the area. The beach and a quaint village close by, offers everything you need. There are amazing walks. The area has the most beautiful coastline in the Western cape and also boasts with the richest floral kingdom in the world. Perfect for remote working with ± 30 MBPS Wi-Fi.

You can spend days here just watching the bay change, spot a whale or the dolphins&breathe in the view Cozy and warm in winter&airy in summer its the perfect hide away all year round. Behind you is just the mountain with fantastic walking trails but the centre with all its attractions is also only 30 min away. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Cranberry Cottage tucked away in the beautiful Helderberg Basin. Have the convenience of your own separate entrance, secure undercover parking and the comfort of a fully equipped home and private entertainment/barbecue area. You are in a quiet, private treed haven close to restaurants, nature parks, wine estates, golf course, Strand beach and hiking trails amongst many other amenities that Somerset West and its surrounds has to offer.

Cosy Seaside Cottage | Hot Tub & Fire Pit

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages are about 9 km from Caledon and 25 km from Hermanus. It can accommodate up to 4 persons Two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area offers couches, Smart TV and WIFI Braai facilities are available in the garden. We no longer allow brides or grooms to get ready at our cottages on the day of their wedding. No day visitors

Blueberry Hill Cottages - Lavender - Franschhoek

Lavender Cottage is a modern three bedroom self catering cottage with three bedrooms, main ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the large rim flow pool. The pool is situated on it's own large terrace and is shared with Olive cottage. We are ideal for guests who enjoy wine tours, the outdoors, hiking and biking plus horse riding.

Amakhaya by the sea

Amakhaya by the sea is an entire self contained cottage with its own garden overlooking the shores of False Bay, with picturesque views, whales, penguins & seals it is the perfect place to unwind. Close by are the world renowned Boulder's Beach penguin colony; mountain climbing behind the cottage, access to deep sea fishing, diving and kayaking at Simon's Town Waterfront & Harbor; as well as scenic Cape Point Nature Reserve. Quaint coffee shops & restaurants line the streets.

Heidi's Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Hanepoot Cottage on Franschhoek farm

Hanepoot Cottage is close to Franschhoek village. You’ll love the cottage because of the spacious, private, setting on a working wine and fruit farm nestled against the mountains of Franschhoek Valley. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You are welcome to explore the farm and even practice your chipping and putting skills on the green.There is an inverter to provide electricity during loadshedding periods.

Rooiels Dream Cottage

Fully equipped 2 bedroom ‘Out-of-Africa’ bungalow. Self-catering. Sleeps 4 adults in 2-single beds, 1-queen/double. Loft area w/ skylight views of ocean and a full-size couch. Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area connects to verandah. Separate bath/shower/toilet. Overlooks RE Nature Reserve with magnificent, unobstructed sunset views of False Bay. 150m to sea. Short walk to local pub/ beach. Braai, garage. Dog friendly but unfenced.

The Whale Cottage

Perched on top of a rock formation and nestled amongst its own tiny piece of fynbos and rock heaven, this artists cottage overlooks the mighty Atlantic ocean. With beautiful views of Kleinmond Harbour to the East and the foot of the Kogelberg Mountain and Palmiet River Mouth to the West, this 2 bedroom self-catering home will provide you with the solace only nature can offer.
