Built in 1950, she is - as guests have described: a "perfectly imperfect" - old dame, lovingly maintained as a comfortable home. The decor & furnishings are in keeping with that era, while gentle renovations provide modern conveniences in the kitchen & bathrooms. And the region's best fish & chippy is almost next door!

Self contained studio. 35 ks north of Launceston

Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Spoil yourself! Completely restored 1950's cottage on historic York Cove. Water views from every living area. Easy walk along foreshore to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.

'Gumpy by the Sea' is a unique , small, cosy, and self-contained space that blends art with nature. Situated closely behind the main pole house residence (at a lower level), you can enjoy ocean and garden views - from a sitting position: at the bar, deck, or from the bed. A short walk down the road, and follow a track to the beach. Experience a star lit sky at night, then cocoon yourself inside the compact space, listening to the waves! Suited to the solo traveller or quiet couple.

Escape and Relax on the banks of the Tamar!

Get lost on the banks of the Tamar river. With 180 degree views of the river, a cozy lounge with wood heater and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and restorative stay. Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Absolute beach frontage. “Elddaw” at Greens Beach.

"Elddaw". A two bedroom workman's cottage built in 1970 backing onto the water. Shoal Bay just 20 meters from the door and Greens Beach just 10 minutes walk away along National Park Coastal track or along sealed road. One double bed in each room, two bathrooms laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, DVD, Wifi. Reverse cycle air-con in main area and electric oil heaters in each room.Tank water. Plenty of yard space and car parks.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"

The Old Dairy Farm Stay

An old Dairy transformed into a cosy farm stay is the ideal place to stay when visiting the Tamar Valley region. Situated in Pipers River, the Dairy is self-catered accommodation, ideal for couples and solo travellers whether exploring the region or seeking a getaway from the city.
